I placed an order for Philips grooming kit, Order # 790686166 exactly 2 week back (Nov 16), they sent me an USED kit and picked it up later for a replacement on complaining. More Information: I called them at the time of placing the order to know more about the product. I asked them for the seller/vendor information (as given in ebay). But they said that SnapDeal doesn't have any sellers, they have their own PRODUCT dept from where products are shipped. Then read more...
