budget constraints ? 14k per night for a houseboat is not a constraint.....better improve your service or you will cease to exist.

spoke with the hotel folks that i stayed in........they had no trust in Antilog. Apparently, for any bookings of Antilog...they make sure they are paid upfront. So much is the trust.

i am not surprised they booked the wrong dates...after booking a lousy houseboat at alleppey, puneet asked me to share pictures of the houseboat....i shared those pictures with him which showed how shabby the houseboat was. till now, there is no response from him..if they are so creditable, they read more...

we have had a very bad experience with puneet.....so i have my reservations about this review. when we had problems with driver and houseboat.....he kept quiet and after we resolved everything on our own, he would call up and ask if everything was ok. good for nothing, he was.

not sure of Puneet's local knowledge as he screwed the itinerary for us. I would not recommend antilog to any tourists.
