IT IS BETTER THEN SAMSUNG IN THIS PRICE SEGMENT I HAD USED SAMSUNG J7 2015 N WRITE NOW I HAVE REDMI NOTE 3(3G RAM VARIENT) AND OPPO A57 BUT TRUST ME NOTE 3 HAS A GOOD BATTERY LIFE AND PERFORMANCE IS QUIET IMPRESSIVE SO U SHOUD GO FOR REDMI NOTE 3

yeah man but if u r not unlucky and if u don’t recieve a defective product and also one thing if u use it in not a very harsh way that this is for u...

yes bro i have personally face this. once my mobile redmi note 3 is automatically dead. for replacement i want to wait for 2 month. because of Redmi Note 3 have shortage of hardware parts like motherboard and all stuff. my personal suggestions for you don’t go with Redmi Brand just buy apple.

Xiaomi is providing good services to their customers. But it depends what type of problem do you have in your phone. If you mistakenly damaged or put water in your phone, the warranty will be voided and you have to pay for damaged parts. No, it is not like that. It usually depends on what service you are asking for. Be it any brand like Motorola. If u have a bad problem it may take more time. But the after sales services are nice and supportive :)

company provides insurance with a warranty of 12months .u need to register online through mi india the services are not bad but the fact is that they have only few sevice centres.

The service of xiaomi is nice in india you can find the service centers list in xiaomi web site
the services of xiaomi are good. And yes they do have service center in chennai. For the exact location of the serviece center you can visit their site which is https://mi.com/in/service/online/ .... it is hard to find their service center as i am from MP its just became a pain in my head to find a center near me as i am getting the charger issue but the good thing is many big brands changed the assessories warrenty from one year to six months but xiaomi is still there with his old policies
