One more suggestion when going for sbi home loan... On your sale agreement, if the validity is 3 months, dont forget to extend it... By chance if your owner stays outside of the city, its real head ache for you.... The RACPC ppl are not so co-operative from what I have seen... Anyways from lot of pp read more...

Agreed. I too had very bad experience... Infact I am having still. I am still waiting for loan to come... Its been more than 4 months that I applied for loan. still its under bleady process... I have been getting head-aches answering many people and thinking of these things... Please think before t read more...
