Pudupet is there for bike spare. But i dot think o i will get genuine spare for Honda. That too for new model trigger which is launched just 8 months back.
Try to change your petrol bunk once. Ride the bike with average speed of 60KM. Probably you will findthe difference for sure. But according to me, 20KMPL is too low for honda...Check the mileage by changing the petrol bunk.

yes i have informed about these issues to them. After a huge struggle, got a spare of chain sprocket from one of the service center. Hopefully it will be sorted out in future.
