Anecdote: Went to a party today and met a friend who was looking to buy a house. He asked where I have bought and I told him Adarsh. I causally asked him to explore property in APR if interested. @bkmarkuser See they change the LEGAL agreement at their whims, purportedly giving you more area over what was never constructed. Actually, there is no sanctity of legal agreement at Adarsh. They are a bunch of cheats. They are not giving you what they promised. Your original agreement must have read more...

m_mumbhai, You work at Adarsh, don't you? If not, how much money Adarsh gave you to wirte this review? Now be smart when you praise Adarsh posing as Adarsh customer. If you say there is nothing wrong with Adarsh and it is a paradise, no one is going to believe you.
