I agree with the experience as I am going through it this very moment. My Tata Sky Plus box has hung. Since then I’’ve lodged complaints 3 times. Their SLA (Service Level Agreement) Response Time is 2 days. But even after 7 days, I do not get a call from the engineer, nor anyone from Tata Sky visits read more...

Folks, Please note that TATA Indicom is still continuing to send me overdue bills with late charges and had also sent me notice that they will sue me if I do not pay up.
