Hi Mathurji, The song number 3 is from a movie called 12 O Clock starring Guru Dutt and Whaeeda rehman. It's not a serious movie, just a light suspense movie. Waheeda looks Gorgeous in the movie...

Muharram – Associated With Many Auspicious Events
Slow and fast terms for movie are very relative. For me the slowest movie was Dil to paagal hai. Because story moved very slow, though the actors danced, hugged and kicked and cried and somersaulted very fast.
