Ritz VDi still going on good.... Have clocked 80K in 3 yeas and going good.... The noise inside the cabin increases a little bit more, but the comfort remains !!! Mileage is 20Kmpl (without AC) and 17Kmpl (with AC) in 50-50 city-highway driving.
Have clocked it 40K kilometres in 20 months or so and running excellently all over... Thank You again Maruti..

it may give you upto 14 kmpl but only after 2nd and 3rd service.... wait and watch !!!
Updating on the mileage figures: 21.07 kmpl 19.95 kmpl 21.26 kmpl 22.53 kmpl The last reading as observed was during a highway non-stop run of 110 Kms either side. Also, it was driven to a maximum speed of 90 Km/hr. Simply love Maruti THANKS !!!

What about the black smoke whenever you drive above 100 Km/hr?

Only the gear shift is a bit hard, but its normal for any diesel. I too own a Ritz VDI and have done 13000 kms but no such problem of clutch etc observed.
