I ordered same book from a Rival company & it got delivered the very next day :-)
Whats the point of trying to solve the issue now....isn’t your customer care supposed to do that ? my order number is # IN0609110674 . I guess Refund is already initiated. i hope you have money to refund that atleast since you dont have any books :)
LAST UPDATE : I requested Indiaplaza on 21st to replace my book with another one of almost same price ( 8 rupees difference which I offered to pay ) but they went ahead and blindly initiated refund. There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE at Indiaplaza. They just do as they wish.... And they have ZERO I read more...
UPDATE : Yesterday a person from customer care sent me an email saying the book will be shipped today. TODAY : The manager of Indiaplaza sends an email saying that THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP.............
