The very fact that Honda has not bothered to respond to my previous observations leaves little doubt about how the company has changed for the worse. Disappointing.

Extroverted people who join the place are snubbed and treated so badly that they soon go into their shell. Most of the employees are afraid of communicating normally out of fear of being seen as non-serious and losing their jobs. Great engine with tremendous torque and power adjustment according to payload. But if you are looking to buy this vehicle for its supposed mileage of 60 kmpl, then look elsewhere. I use a Vespa. If you are looking at mileage, don't waste your money. Barely 30 km in city conditions. And, will not cross 45 km/litre outside the city. Company is misleading customers by claiming 60 km/litre.
