No doubt TOI is a product as much as any other newspaper. But is it too much to ask that a news paper (product) has to provide news (serving its purpose) rather than circulating sex fiction and promoting - as you rightly said , products fit for page 3 wannabes?

Thats a good review. But makes me wonder what good is the main edition. I WAS an ardent reader of TOI. As a matter of fact it was my lifeline for current affairs for many years.
