I have booked flat in their first project and they are building as per the approved plan. Hence they should not be having any trouble in getting Occupancy certificate. Quality of construction is not the best as they claim, however better than most of other builders. One negative I have about them read more...

I too had faced same problem. I took it to a mechanic, he adjusted the spark plug and in the next kick bike started. Recommended spark plug gap is arox. 0.6mm (check your bike manual). Most of the mechanic do not adjust this properly during service. Bcoz of that, I too had bike stopping in rain a read more...
