Dravid is nice chap, better than most so called players who behave emotionally like kids. But I feel Dravid should soon step down to pave way for younsters. According to many reliable sources, this company is not good, practices are unfair as well. And it is learnt Aero space is close to ZERO in this company and 60% of engineers are on bench (ECO SPACE Facility, ORR, Sarjapur)
