Pdesh, same here. I think the team is now reaching out to all satisfied customers. I am also happy with dra and think same of md as u -however i think if not for mouthshut and loss to their rep 'coz of bad reviews- no way they wud reach out as much - so many many many kudos to MouthShut and other su read more...
