Q.This clg is tooo strict or not?

I m not saying it worst but it’’s strict , very strict . Exams are done only for 95 marks and 5 marks are for attendance. 90%+ - 5 marks, 85–90% - 4 marks, 80–85% - 3 marks, 75–80% - 2 marks.
