You can activate your Jio SIM by calling 1977 from your Jio SIM and following the tele-verification process. You’’ll be asked to enter a 5-digit T-PIN (Tele-verification PIN). You can find this PIN in the SMS sent to your alternate number. If you didn’’t receive the T-PIN, you can call 1977 or 1800-890-1977 to resend it.

Jio never had a very good reputation when it comes to customer service. Jio is the largest operator in India and the 2nd largest single-country operator in the world, but service is so worst.
The jio recharge is low cost and provide the more facility like calling free and data.
