Is anybody working in KPMG india , please reply on my below question :: My previous employer terminated my services after my resignation became effective . I left the company and joined other firm , i was expecting them to release my long pending dues but they did not give anything & terminated my employment stating " no dues left as your services are terminated" . So, what the solution to get the dues ? is it legal or illegal act by employer ??

You can take action by legal way. If an employer doesn’t pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. An employee can file a suit under Section 33(c) of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 recovery of money due from an employer.
