Recharging on Paytm is quick and easy. However, there are times when a recharge might not happen immediately. You can also take the refund amount easily to your your source bank/ card by going in Passbook on your Paytm app

Yes, Paytm policy to refund the amount on 7 working days. First it will added to your wallet then you can directly transfer the amount into your bank account safetly.

it’s isn’t fraud u can yes you can recharge from any card which does paytm.com supports from anywhere.

dont use any debit card in this site, paytm is fraud. if possible use netbanking and immediately logout of all the accounts.
