The part time programme is offered to candidates on the basis of minimum residential requirements under various UGC guidelines while they are on various assignments in different professions, industry and in various other fields of legal entrepreneurship. Candidates must have passed Post graduation in the relevant discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate and M.Phil/CSIR-UGC/JRF/NET/SLET cleared in the relevant subject is exempted from Entrance test.
Ph.D. - Law Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Post graduation in the relevant discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. However an applicant with M.Phil/CSIR-UGC/JRF/NET/SLET cleared in the relevant subject is exempted from Entrance test.
