Despite the fact that this scam has been exposed with so many online complaints many months ago, Mr. Alok Nath (Bollywood actor) has not made an official statement yet. Normally any person who could be implicated in any scam/crime would be forthcoming with a clarification. (especially so if he is innocent!) Would you think Mr. Alok Nath could also be actively involved in this scam?

Are you aware that the conmen from Vidhii EHS has always actively promoted the distributorship of their product by using the name and popularity of the Bollywood actor Alok Nath?
Are you aware that the two prominent conmen from Vidhii EHS (Mr. Shalin Sarwad and Mr. Ram Konga) continues to live a pompous life in luxury?
Are you aware that this fraudulent firm is actively pursuing the sale of their commercial property (office) in Mira-Road?
Are you aware that this fraudulent firm still continues to solicit money from people by offering area distributorship of their product?
Are you aware that this fraudulent firm has issued post-dated cheques to their appointed distributors for return of their money and the cheques have not been honored?
Are you aware that this fraudulent firm does not operate from the BKC, Bandra, Mumbai address any longer? They operate from an office in Shanti Shopping Center, Mira Road (East)? Are you aware that this place does not find any mention on their website or on their company letterhead?
This fraudulent firm (Vidhii EHS) mentions the address of their registered office at Vibgyor Towers, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra. Are you aware that this office was rented by them for a very limited period only to impress and defraud gullible people of their money?
Would you know that all these questions were inserted by the conmen from Vidhii EHS Mr. Shalin Sarwad and Mr. Ram Konga only to ensure that my first question would not be readily visible here?
Does anybody have an actual count on the number of people duped by this fraudulent company?
