I had purchased a Stainwash Ultra 6.5 in February 2018. Within 5 months the top lid got separated from the base. The lid is glued to the base. If this comes out this is a manufacturing or design defect. The service agent is refusing to do free of cost repair. I will ask them once agin. Otherwise I intend to file a complaint with consumer protection forum. This is a case of design defect or manufacturing defect or a combination of both.

Is your Machine Automatic or Semi automatic ? If Automatic then front load or top load ? If Semi Automatic then please Check The belt inside machine sometime it slip from the position. If its Automatic then Check the following points 1). Drive Belt,2).Pump 3). Lid Switch 4) Drive Motor 5) Motor Coupler 6) Clutch Any Problem in these can Stop the Drum to rotate. Its best to call any mechanic if you don’t have idea about the things, its save your time but sorry not money.
