I wish I could give 0 stars! Very bad experience to have wasted my two weeks looking through this property and having multiple communications with the sales team. Poor communication skills and pathetic management. Initially they quoted a certain base price as closing price and within a week just before token amount was to be paid, they updated us that management is now asking for 200 Rs more in the base price. Such people should not be trusted one bit as they will keep making alterations without intimating the customer. Very glad that we got to see the true colours before investing.
FYI: Project was launched in 2016 and in 5 years they will be able to deliver 1st tower (Tower A) i.e. by end of this year. Beware everyone before investing in it. Another point to note is that the sizes mentioned in the layouts does not adhere to the actual sizes.
