This is the worst builder I’ve ever seen. As I bought a flat in Aarav ambience and got possession on 2014. But till now the water and drainage system has not been rectified by the builder neither he has visited the site a single day during this period. We have been issued a letter from the official of gram panchayat Wagholi regarding the drainage issue but did not get any response from the builder. Neither did he provide any water connection for the building. Moreover till now no society has been formed through he has already charged each member for the same. So be careful before being cheated by this builder AARAV CONSTRUCTION in Pune
