Recently I bought a flat in this society. The marketing team talked very professionally in the beginning. They said flats are ready to move in. However when I got it registered, they were not giving possession inspite of so much follow up. Finally they gave me possession but I had to pay price. They forced me to sign up an agreement so that I have to pay maintenance fee before I got it even registered. They say that it is ready to move in. But they don’t give possession since it is not. They lie everywhere. When I talked to existing residents, I came to know that these things are very common here. They charge huge maintenance for nothing. They remove the honest reviews as well. If you speak true about them they would harass you. If you have any problem, they will never respond to you. Very bad service. You can find the paid reviews they have put everywhere . You can easily identify them as they will be either paid or by their own employees who are forced to put good reviews.
