I had the onerous task of finding an apartment for my close friend in US returning to India. His priority was children’s schooling. Looked up about 7 projects. Liked this one as it is very convenient on location with good schools like Oaskridge, DPS, Future Kids, Rockwell close by. The flats are ready to go-in and costing is competitive. My friend has not seen it physically but booked a flat as he wanted ready to move in flats. Good project, good amenities, nice response from sales team.
