Accurate Wind Chimes is a well located project as it is close to my office at financial district. I travelled from work to the site location and it only took me approx. 10 mins. What also impressed me is the pricing that fit into my budget. This was something that was a concern when I started looking out for an apartment in a gated community where a 2BHk apartment went beyond 65 Lakhs. Here I was able to get myself a spacious 2BHK at my budget. Besides I had a choice of sizes to choose from in the 2BHK which was difficult in other projects that I saw. A major advantage with this project is that it is a less crowded community with only about 580 apartments. One thing for sure residents won’t be fighting for water during summers and there will be no traffic jams at the exit while going to office. Over all with the facilities they are offering and the quality of finish I saw in their apartments was a lot better than some reputed builders I’ve seen in the past.
