Low quality maintenance with high maintenance charges

No borewells

No rain water harvesting

Leakages in basements

Poor construction quality

Frequent Power cuts

And many more issues.

Dear VeerajMaintenance quality of Accurate is at par with some of best maintained gated communities in Hyderabad . Maintenance charges being collected is at per with other Gated communities at Hyderabad . Even the deficit in collection is being funded by the developer as a matter of goodwill. You are forgetting that other real estate developers collect a corpus fund from the customer which is anywhere between Rs. 100 to 150 per sft , the interest income on which is used to offset the maintenance charges . We do not collect a corpus as we wish to avoid burdening our customer.Several borewells are dug by developers , However due to low water table in the area availability of Ground water is a challenge. The Municipal water connection for the community is already approved and requisite fees is already paid. Connection is expected shortly . This will completely take care of the water requirement.Rain water Harvesting plan is under discussion with consultants and will be implemented well before the complex is handed over to the residentsConstruction quality of the gated community is at par with the best builders in Hyderabad . Six Star rating by ICRA Highest rating for any developer in Hyderabad . This and other awards i.e. best premium Mid segments home 2019 – Most preferred developer of the year 2020 -Times Business award , Best Developer of the Year 2019 and 2020 by Common floor are testimony to our commitment to delivery , quality and service.Frequent power cuts are not a problem in the community anymore and is resolved in consultation with TSSPDCL .It is one of the best Habitable community in the Gachibowli/Narsingi area.
