I recently bought(in 2023) 2 BHK in city apartment, Aditya world city, Bamheta, Ghaziabad. Build quality of flats is average and having all amenities in society like park, gym, pool, clubhouse.
Although clubhouse is not much spacious still good.
I bought the flat in resale and liked the facility it has now in 2023.
I know some year back there was no facilities and builder staff was not much supportive, but now as far as city apartment is concerned now there is RWA in place who works well and try to give the best facility to residents.
Overall, I am satisfied with the society as the price is much better in comparison to other societies in Noida extension or nearby areas.
Note: Every society has its pros and cons, so some might complaint and some appreciate.
