As an owner of the apartment I want to share few things. Im staying in this apartment for almost an year. People are thinking this is a peaceful apartment, yes it is surrounded by farming land and I thought the same and bought here. Now the farming lands are also changing to flats/plots (it happens), it will create water source issues. There are 2 to 3 water companies surrounded by my apartment. Main problem here is there are no proper documents available from deeds, OC, CC, eb, property tax, etc. In my agreement document, end date of construction is Dec 2017 and they took more than 1 year and still its incomplete. Im yet to get the OC and CC documents which is a mandatory document for income tax and resale, etc. New buyers plz be aware while visiting and ask them CC and OC documents first. Children play area has been developed in OSR land and that small play area should accommodate 356 units, donno how? . There is no proper customer relationship management and most of the time we wont get proper reply for our mail. No proper maintenance on STP and it smells very badly. My kid having health issues due to this. No proper registration document for car parking which is alloted to residents.
