I have a flat booked in 2014 in Minor, I am regularly chasing for cancelliation and asking our refund with interest till date . But their response is very poor. Once in a blue moon the use to talk with me and telling will advise you shortly. This is absolutely unfair as I have already paid them INR 30 Lakhs and they are enjoying the money.
It’s quite pathetic for the buyer . Please avoid investment in on going construction projects and invest in ready to move in with all OC / CC clearance.
