I booked 1 flat in 108 project. Due to poor services and lack of response I requested for cancellation last year aug 2019..after that I sent multiple emails but never got any response.. I also called them multiple time and they behaviour or staffe (Ankur ) was extremely rude.. I have all recording. After more then a year they finally agreed to refund the amount but deducted 46000 rupees.
Please don’t invest or waste money and time
