Isnt this layout in the mandatory 70m buffer zone of nearby lake?
Transformers and other civic amenities are put up in bufferzone.There is also a recent article on crackdown by bbmp on buildings in bellandur lake buffer.
Although there is no water in there and doesnt look like a lake now, if bbmp wakes up tomorrow and demolishes structures what would be the fate of buyers? Check BDA2031map.
