Customer Service is pathetic, they dont respond on emails and mobiles at all however at the time of sale they are very proactive. So beware of investment with AIPL. Meet existing property owners, take feedback from old investors, ignore the picture shown by brokers as they are positive because they get hefty commission on sale.
