Extremely Bad Builder, bad apartments.

I’m a owner at the Alembic Urban Forest. Since booking the flat in April 2018, there has been some issue or the other.


1) The STP does not works.


2) The Basements get filled with water after every rains.


3) the Driveways get filled with water after every rain.


4) The walls have started developing cracks, and the boundary walls have started falling.


5) Lot of seepage issues with the flats.
