Most of the older reviews are from the timeframe post handover of the project. But things have been changed a lot later, the STP and drainage issues were fixed a long ago. The community feels peaceful and well maintained now. The Miyawaki forest inside the society adds a green touch in the society.
Alembic’s project has evolved over time focusing more on sustainability, designs and quality of the project. I suggest before judging visit Urban Forest and speak with the genuine owners to know how the place has been matured.
