Hey Guys, 2019 OCT, I booked a flat in ’ Alpine Vistula -S.No, 139, Whitefield - Hoskote Rd, Sai Gardens, Seegehalli, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067 ’This is becoming nightmarefor me actually for all of us who ever have property there, here are some of the incidents and their bad management things i want to highlighted here so they can’t cheat anyone else like they cheated us -
In 2019 they promised us that this project will get ready in 2020 itself but even after the covid lockdown got over this is still pending, actually handover date was in 2021 and still we don’t have any clarity when it will get ready.
They took all the money, more than 90% of it within the 1 year time span or less than that, hard to believe after collecting all the money why they are still not completing the project.
Their customer care specialist lady called Amitha & Nazma, they consider themselves as 2nd MD of the company but they seriouslyhave some serious mood swings at the time of collecting money from us, They talk very sweetly, then if we ask for progress on the project they start talking rudely and try to threaten us. Then some times again they started talking very sweetly so they could misguide us from the actual situation.
Their site sales manager named Krishna is a big time liar, he is their 10 Y old employee and keeps misleading customers about the actual progress of this project.
And most importantly no one is reachable from their Top-managementside, this lady called Amritha & Krishna always try to make some excuses like MD is sick not well so they can avoid direct in person meetings.
Guys, we lost our hopes and money both, it is highly advisable not to buy any flat on any of the sites. All sites have similarissues... People are waiting from 2017 to get this Vistula project complete :(
