I have cancelled my property which I purchased in 2014 about 3 years back in september 2019 because of lies, fake commitments and fraudulent means that this group resorted to and I have a written memorandum of understanding with me where I was promised that I will get my booking amount back by February 2020. Till date I have not received my booking amount back. There are countless reminders which I have sent to their CRM and legal department to which there is no reply. I am going to file an individual name wise legal case for harassment against them.
This the most unprofessional group that you will ever come accross.Do not even think of investing your hard earned money with this group. They are only interested in selling their project with all possible fake commitments. Their pathetic customer service team does not bother to answer calls, messages and mails for months. If you at all buy their property you will be harrassed and you will regret your decision of getting associated with this group later.
They do not have any values or principles. Do Not consider investing in their projects at all.
Shameless is the most appropriate word for all of them
