Mulund’s convenience is the biggest win for me; everything from groceries to cafes is within walking distance. The building feels sturdy, common areas are decently kept, and the overall vibe is calm. My daily routine got way easier after moving here, and so far, the project fits exactly what I wanted from a practical living space.
