Being located in Santacruz East gets major brownie points for connectivity (rail, airport, highways), and the project’s amenity list looks even heavier. If I were buying with an investment horizon or upscale living in mind, this one fits perfectly. The layouts and built-in features look ahead of many competitors, and with a neighbourhood that has that central-Mumbai feel, but on the quieter end is always a win.
