They don’t trust on BBA , encouraging people to take possession without OC and asking unnecessary chagres at the time of physical possession of property such as Adavance maintenance for 2 years even BBA have clause for 1yrs, backup charges and etc.
This is not reliable builder. Think twice before investing your hard earned money.
