Maintenance is pathetic. They charge for everything. Most of the weekend, pool is closed for maintenance. No AC in gym on many days. Water bill is through the roof and water quality is pathetic. Flush water stinks like hell most days. They charge when moving in and when moving out. We can’t move in/out on weekends.
Maintenance is almost 1/3 of rent. They keep coming for gas and water meter inspection every month into the apartment.
