We made biggest mistake by associating with this builder. We did the booking in 2012 December in one of their project. We were informed the possession will get by 2016. After doing 100’s of follow ups we finally got the possession in June 2018. After a year the swimming pool started leaking. Tiles from the lobby corridor started falling. There are leakages and seepages in the walls. The quality of work they have done is pathetic. Flat costing came to around 55 Lakhs and after more than 12 years when we are trying to sell it, there are buyers who are asking it in 65 Lakhs even many people have sold it in the same price and left due to the pathetic quality. Extremely disappointed, I would appeal people those who are trying to buy a flat in their upcoming projects don’t get trapped in their marketing strategy like how we got trapped. They have not even listed the project in their list as if it belongs to someone else. I have no option but to select a random one to show real face of the builder.
