Located in a village. Yuck! Sales team is pathetic. Pandurang from sales team is a poor conductor of manners and ethics. No use of buying a flat here, quite far from actual Kharghar. It is located in a village near Taloja. The lady from sales couldn’t even explain the property properly seemed like she was not confident about this project. Feels like only show business not feeling good about this project. Also flat architecture style is un-impressive.
