  1. Worst quality of construction




  2. Water logging even if it drizzles




  3. No clean drinking water facility




  4. Outsiders tresspssing the society, no privacy




  5. Leakages all across the flats




  6. Club house ceiling collapsed twice in 1 year.




  7. Builder has not kept his promises.
