Purchased a villa site at Artha Aspire in Hoskote. It’s been 9 years now and the entire land is under litigation.
There has been no communication from Artha on what’s been happening and no one from Artha are ready to entertain anyone of us who have purchased the sites here.
Please be very careful when you deal with Artha Properties.
Their other project too was under litigation issues when I purchased at Aspire.
We hope to hear some day from Artha.
