Highly paid for madipakkam Abhang apartment compared to other local builder just for the brand but it’s utter waste
Facing below problem since 6 years.
A) Quality is not good when we put drill, the wall is getting damaged and it did even bear the weight of the water heater.
B)Gates for the appointment got rusted due to salt water be coz of the borewell depth tds of water is high .
C) For each 3 blocks they have provided 6 overhead tanks with only one motor be coz of it we have to switch the pipeline each and every time before putting motor for each blocks it’s a very complex process required manual effort rather than automatic on off which is causing fight between all owners and tenants between block and paying unnecessary to security guard.
D)No proper common shed given in the ventilation area becoz of it rain water is coming inside though we are not in the ground floor.Even after dropping multiple mails and follow-ups no action been taken.
E)Cracks inside the walls and in the Car parking area.
F)No sump being given in the parking after multiple follow-ups we got only its been built.
G)Quantity of sewage tank is very less making the maintenance cost very high.
