Wrong commitments to the tenants, and very ill and irresponsible behaviour by the representative of ashadeep rainbow. Huge amount on maintenance charges for water tankers.
Very bad behaviour during exit from the society by Ashadeep rainbow representative. During the partial Shifting, they had blocked us on gate and stucked us for hours. We informed them again and again that we are shifting our partial stuff, not evacuating completely. But they had opened gate when they had forced us advance 01 month extra maintenance charge of running month.
The same false commitment was done for villa space while coming. One of the room was kept locked. And when after rent agreement and paying 50% of a month brokerage charge we reached there with kids and truck loaded luggage, they said u can do what u want. U can go and find some other place. In such circumstances we had compromised.
We had saw doing the same for many people while leave the society.
