My experience with Ashiana Anmol in Sohna, Gurgaon has been absolutely horrible. The staff is unprofessional and rude, the amenities are substandard, and the customer service is nonexistent.
When I first stepped into the lobby, I was immediately put off by the lack of cleanliness. The floors were stained, the furniture was old and beat up, and the walls were smudged and dirty. The reception staff was also unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for information about the amenities, but they simply waved me away without giving me any useful information.
The amenities were also lacking. The gym was a joke, with outdated equipment and no air conditioning. The pool was also a disappointment, with stagnant water and no lifeguard on duty. The spa was also a letdown, with unprofessional staff and low-quality services.
The customer service was even worse. Whenever I had an issue, I would be passed from one person to the next and never get a resolution. I asked for help with a faulty AC unit, but all I got was an email saying that the problem had been resolved. When I called the customer service line, the representative was unhelpful and dismissive.
Overall, my experience worst with it & Ido not recommend to others.
