? 1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Guest Parking and Security Behavior
As an owner of an apartment in Assetz 63° East, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way guest parking is handled here. I had a friend visit me recently and we arrived around 4:30 PM in my friend’s car. When we reached the gate, the security personnel asked for the flat number. I clearly mentioned that I am the owner of flat 2138, and we were then allowed inside. We parked in the visitor parking lot, assuming this was the correct and allowed space for guests.
To our shock, the next morning the car was locked and fined. No prior notice, no warning, no attempt to inform the owner. This is completely unacceptable. As a resident and owner, I ensure that rules are followed — but in this case, we were not informed of any parking restriction or procedure. How are guests expected to know some undocumented or poorly communicated rule?
This kind of treatment is insulting and disrespectful, not just to me but to my guests. Instead of creating a welcoming community, the management seems more interested in penalizing without explanation or empathy.
A very bad and embarrassing experience. Assetz needs to seriously reconsider how they treat both their residents and their guests. Strongly disappointed.
